REMEMBER TO USE NATURAL/ORGANIC INGREDIENTS!

MINT LAYER INGREDIENTS:

1 Hass avocado
1/4 c. raw honey
6 T. almond oil
1 1/2 c. shredded unsweetened coconut
3/8 t. peppermint extract, or two drops peppermint essential oil
1/8 t. sea salt

CHOCOLATE LAYER INGREDIENTS:

1/4 c. almond oil
2 T. agave nectar
1/4 c. raw cacao powder
1/4 t. almond extract
1/8 t. sea salt

MINT LAYER INSTRUCTIONS:

I used an 8×8″ foil baking dish. Place all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Smooth mixture into prepared dish and place into the freezer.

CHOCOLATE LAYER INSTRUCTIONS:

Slightly heat almond oil and Agave over low heat. Remove and stir in remaining ingredients. Pour over chilled bottom layer and return to freezer for about 30 minutes, or until chocolate layer is hardened. Remove and cut into bars. Store covered in the freezer.
