I have created this for folks who are Blood Type O, and also have digestive disorders that would further modify the Blood Type O diet.

I will be sharing a great deal of information about my Health Coaching Practice and my theory that the Blood Type Diet is based on the premise that when you eat foods that are incompatible with your blood type, it causes disease. There is a chemical reaction between your blood and the food that you eat, and the reaction is part of your genetic makeup. Your blood type is the catalyst in managing your immune system, and the essential defining factor in your health profile. More to come!

  • 2-3 cups of baby spinach
  • 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk, or coconut milk
  • 1 t. almond butter, or sugar free almond butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup pecans
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. crushed ice


Put all ingredients into a blender and mix thoroughly.
